Technology is as well starting to reach the restaurant business. Robots and automation have begun to reduce restaurant expenses. As the biggest expense of the restaurant comes from the workforce, the introduction of robots that replace the workforce in food preparation is increasing. Although robots have not completely replaced the workforce, this percentage is increasing every year due to their efficient and cheap work.

Self-service tablets and kiosks are reducing the expenses  of restaurants, increasing the income of the manufacturers and suppliers, and it is proven that they reduce the time spent in the restaurant by six to nine minutes, which also benefits the restaurant because it can accommodate more guests a day. Automation helps restaurants to be more efficient and to expand and improve their business.
