Formal dining rooms – in coastal apartments, guests spend most of their time outside of the apartment, they mostly eat outdoors, and therefore spend less time in the apartment at the table so dining rooms are not given too much attention. This way of thinking is changing, and both guests and landlords are beginning to understand that they cannot eat every meal in outdoor, so more attention will be paid to dining rooms, they will be decorated more formally. 

Reducing decorations in the environment – coastal apartments are special in the way that they can be enjoyed more than the city side, both the interior and exterior, as well as air and nature. Because of this, the exterior part is being decorated less and less, the beauty of the environment should be emphasized and not hidden among the decorations.
